The stocks rates in about Very Good Plus overall condition and would rate higher but for the deeper compression marks.īore Condition: The bore is bright and the Micro-Groove rifling is defined with wear present. The plate is seated with an off white spacer and has scratches on the flanks, compressed checkers and marring in the smooth portions. The LOP measures 13 3/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the factory semi-curved black plastic butt plate. The stock has heavier scratches and compression marks on the flanks with light swirls of scuffs throughout. The butt stock has checkering on the flanks of the strait wrist and a pinched, strait comb. There are deep compressions on the right side. The forend has a barrel band and quick disconnect sling swivel stud there is compression on some of the checkers and the smooth portions show scuffs ranging from very light to moderate depth. Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are gloss finished, checkered walnut stocks with exceptional grain and tone variation, please see our pictures. The top of the receiver has four drilled, tapped and screw-filled holes for the addition of a scope base (not included). The rear sight is a “U” notched leaf and step-slide elevator, dovetailed onto the barrel. Sights / Optics: The front sight is a brass beaded blade, integral to a base that is dovetailed onto the slide.
